Integral Yin Flow
Yin is a passive practice that supports focus and stillness. Integral Yin is about holding the principles of yin which is, find your edge, stillness, hold in the pose. In this practice you'll benefit from physical and emotional release. Each class has an intentional theme that will help to regulate your emotional state as you experience presence within your body.
